Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with comfortable rooms and a convenient location near the river and the Supreme Court. The price was fair for what was offered, but some areas need updating. The social atmosphere among the staff was nice, but there were issues with the room allocation due to third-party bookings. The location was great for both business and leisure travelers, with easy access to downtown activities and nice restaurants.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms seemed to lack upkeep with issues like loose faucets and old drywall stains, despite having large windows. The heat was constantly high even with the thermostat set low.
I had a bit of an unusual experience as I was initially double-booked at a different hotel but was ultimately switched to the Sheraton at the last minute. The room was a little too warm even after turning off the heat, which was odd. However, the service was fantastic with a very helpful bar maid and night receptionist. The location was extremely convenient for my needs, right where I needed to be, but the dining options were somewhat marginal, especially considering the price.
